What I learned at the W50 at HBS this past week:
- When offering a product or service,
in order to excel you can only pick 2 of the following 3: 'Good, Fast, Cheap'.
- Dare to be bad. Focus on your strengths, acknowledge your weak-
nesses, and don’t apologize for them.
- 'No' is a complete sentence.
- Champions adapt! And pressure is a privilege.
- A 'bossy' little girl should not be called that, but instead be qualified as having 'executive leadership skills'!

Business insights from the unconscious

I believe that professional experience is a projection of the self. Hence it is advantageous to become aware of our perceptions and biases. Likewise, business and organizational results are the product of our collective projections. If we want to improve them, we need to grasp their underlying (mostly unconscious) dynamics.
